Car stranded in Round Rock. Help needed alternator & labor

Hello, I am in desperate need of assistance to fix my car. My alternator died while in Round Rock, TX. I live near San Antonio in Universal City, TX. My car is my life line. I help my sister and her 2 children anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week who live in Devine. I drive my parents to Doctor's appointments as well. I don't have the funds to pay for the fix my car and am hoping for some help to get my car up and running, since it is my only transportation. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
