Help my Family who fleed the War in Sudan

Hello y'all,

My name is Roua Adam and I am fundraising for my family who have been displaced by the war in Sudan in April 2023. Unfortunately, since then a lot has happened. My family was separated in hopes to find work opportunities. However, the majority (my mother, sister, and my two brothers) of them are in Egypt. They have struggled with finding housing and have moved 3 times already and finally settled in in an unfurnished apartment outside of Cairo city. Currently my sister and my older brother are working but the funds can only cover basics (food, rent, utilities, transportation and partial school funds).

Hence why I am fundraising again. I am hoping to be able to raise funds to cover some of the expenses. I'm already 7k in debt covering most expenses and my brother's school. I'm hoping to buy some furniture for my family and finish paying off the rest of examination cost for my little brother who will be sitting for the IGCSE this year, as well as support transportation for job interviews and courses my siblings are taking.

The apartment is completely unfurnished and needs the following for now:

2. Window maintenance

3. Door maintenance

4. 3 beds

5. 2 desks + 2 chairs

6. 4 closets

7. Kitchen Shelves

8. Bathroom shelves

9. Dining table

10. Dining Chairs

11. Couch

12. Tables

As for the IGCSE examinations, he is taking 6 subjects and each exam ranges from $215 - $280.

I will update the fundraiser regularly to show expenses and how the money is being spent (including transfer and exchange fees from GoFundMe and Western Union). I will continue to do so with this fundraiser and will regularly post pictures for updates.

Lastly,

My family means THE WORLD to me. I have been living abroad for almost 10 years now and studying/working and living abroad is not easy, so the upheaval they have gone through is only something you and I can only imagine. The physical, mental, and emotional struggles they're facing aren’t something that can be taken lightly. I wish I was able to help them in every possible way.
