Help my wife receive the treatment she needs

This is a very hard story to write. Largely due to pride but also due to denial.
My wife, Christy, has been suffering from Major Depressive Disorder since March of 2020. She’s been to therapy sessions both one on one and group. She’s been prescribed medication from antidepressants to benzodiazepines. None of it has worked.
Three months ago she attempted to take her life. Thank God I was there to intervene and stop her. She spent time in a mental health facility and then IOP (Intensive Outpatient Therapy) until last week when we were informed that she needed help beyond what they IOP facility could offer.
Two specific facilities were recommended. Neither take insurance. They are inpatient psychiatric centers wherein the patient stays for as long as it takes to achieve stable mental health. From what I’ve been told by counselors, doctors and administration there, she can expect to stay anywhere from 3-6 months. This is all dependent upon her recovery and advancement in the facility.
The facility costs $19,500 a month.
Both my wife and I have drained our savings and retirement over the past two years getting her the help she needs. We were able to cover the first month but are now tapped dry.
My wife and I met when we were 15 years old in high school. We’ve been blissfully married for 30 years this year and together a total of 37 years. I don’t know life without her. I can’t remember not being with her and I don’t want to think of what it would be like without her.
I’m asking for help in any way possible to allow her to continue her treatment. I don’t know how long to expect her to be in the facility. If you are unable to help financially, I totally understand.
