Help Mya Support TeenSHARP

This is my third year in TeenSHARP, a program that will help me get ready to attend one of the top colleges in our country. With all of the changes in the education system this year due to the pandemic, I’m particularly excited to participate in TeenSHARP’s Striver program to help me stay sharp academically and connected with a community of peers who are also striving for excellence.  I look forward to growing as a leader and a student so that I can achieve my dream of becoming a student at a top tier college or university.


I am writing to request your support for my participation in the TeenSHARP- Striver program this year. As a TeenSHARP Striver scholar, I will attend virtual SAT Math and college-level classes every Saturday (9am-3pm) throughout the school year. I will work with my academic advisor to explore and apply to various enrichment opportunities that will position me better for college. I will also implement initiatives to better my community and empower my peers. During the school year, I will also get the chance to visit (virtually!) 20+ selective colleges where I will have an opportunity to interact with students, faculty, and admissions representatives.


I need to raise $800 to help cover the cost of my participation in the program this year. Therefore, I am asking you and other sponsors to invest in my success. Any donation would be extremely appreciated. I need to raise the money by this Saturday, October 31st.
