Help MYHP raise Mental Health awareness

Every working day 2 construction workers take their own life by suicide. Here at the MYHP we want that to change, we are on a mission to help raise awareness so that everybody in the industry can get the help and support they need and where to find it.

We would love it if you could spare the money you would spend on a coffee and put it towards helping The MYH Podcast raise mental health awareness in the construction industry and also help us smash the stigma surrounding it.

We will put regular updates on our socials about what we have been up to and what your money has gone towards.
