HELP NACHO SURVIVE FIP

Lieve allemaal, wij zijn Heijme en Kim en wonen samen met onze twee Brits Korthaar kittens Taco & Nacho in Amsterdam. Helaas zijn wij erachter gekomen dat Nacho de diagnose natte FIP heeft. Hij is pas 7,5 maand oud en zal dit niet overleven als we niet ingrijpen. Door de ziekte heeft hij vocht in zijn buik, en dit kan hem dus al binnen een paar weken of zelfs dagen fataal worden. De behandeling hiervoor is helaas heel erg duur en zal minstens €2000 kosten. We moeten hem voor 84 dagen lang elke dag injecteren met medicatie. Het wordt voor ons heel lastig dit te bekostigen, omdat wij pas naast beginnend werkend ook nog parttime student zijn. Maar we willen er echt alles aan doen om onze lieve Nacho niet kwijt te raken, want het is nog mogelijk! We hopen heel erg dat mensen ons daarbij willen helpen, elk klein beetje helpt ons al enorm op weg.. Alvast HEEL ERG bedankt voor iedereen die kan helpen, we gaan strijden voor een gezonde Nacho!!

Dear everybody, our names are Heijme and Kim and we live in Amsterdam with our two British Shorthair kittens Taco & Nacho. Sadly we found out Nacho has the diagnose wet FIP. He’s only 7.5 months old. This is a very deadly disease, he has a very bloated belly filled with moisture and if we don’t cure him fast enough he will pass away within weeks, sometimes even days. We will have to cure him with a medicine and give him injections for 84 days straight. Unfortunately this treatment is very expensive and will cost more than €2000. Because we just started working and also are still part time students, this amount of money will be very hard for us to pay. But we want to do anything we can to help our baby survive and live a happy life, because it’s still possible! We really hope there’s people who are willing to help us, any tiny bit would help us..
