Help Nailah Get to College

I've gone back and forth with myself internally and externally about making this decision but I know I won't be able to do it on my own, so I really need your help. My name is Nailah, I'm will be going to Xavier University of Louisiana this fall and I want to be a dermatologist later down the line in my life. This past Sunday, my my sister and I got into a physical altercation with our father resulting in me getting choked, punched, slapped, thrown around.  We called the police and left his house for our protection. I went to the hospital where they told me I had a concussion and I should get somewhere rest, and then talk to the police about filing a report or charges. We got to somewhere safe, filed a police report and an order of protection. Because of this, he is trying to get back at me, by not paying my tuition, my sister's tuition, and taking both of our phones.  My mom does work an hourly job, but with the amount that I need, it would put her back extremely far in bills and other payments that help her live. Below, I'm going to list out my expenses: 

Tuition Arts & Sciences = $11,532,00
St. Katharine Drexel (Dorm Room) = $4,729.00
Information Technology Fee = $400.00 
New Student Orientation Fee = $150.00 
Student Activity Fee = $125.00
Residential Hall Dues KD = $75.00 
Laundry Fees = $40.00 
Yearbook = $25.00 
ID System Maintenance Fee = $10.00
Total Semester Cost = $ 17,086.00 

AWARDED OR EXPECTED FINANCIAL AID 
Federal Direct Stafford  Loan = -$1,731.22 
Xavier Academic Scholarship = -$4,500.00
GAP Grant                                         = -$769.00 
Federal Direct Unsubsidized  = -$989.00 
Total Financial Aid = $8,019.00 

REMAINING BALANCE : $9,067.50 

The way it works at XULA is that I need to pay at least half of my remaining balance which would be $4,533.75, to be able to move in on August 7th. 

OTHER EXPENSES 
Books and Supplies = $1,200 
Transportation = $732.50


With all of these sudden changes happening to my financial situation, I need everyone's help to kick start my academic endeavors. Like I said earlier, I want to become a dermatologist. I want to specifically focus on the Black communities across the U.S and the world because, I feel as though we've always been put on the back burner in health. I personally want to change that for us. Anything helps, sharing helps immensely as well so that it reaches a wide audience.
