Help Nami with her enucleation surgery

Hi, my name is Sarina and I'm Nami's human mom. Nami is a super smart, sweet and sassy 7 month old Siberian husky. She spent her first 3 months of life outdoors on a dusty farm until we brought her home. She was quickly accepted by our other two dogs, a male Siberian husky, Chopper and our female pug/dachshund mix, Ruby. Everything was fine until Nami had her first heat cycle.

Ruby became extremely aggressive with Nami, attacking her 3 different times. The last time, Ruby punctured Nami's right eyeball. We took her to the vet; they started her on an antiinflammatory and antibiotics and urged us to take her the animal ER. So we did. She needs to have her eye removed (enucleation).They want their money upfront before they'll do any procedures and referred us to the Idaho Humane society for assistance. They too want their money upfront before helping Nami. I have applied for Care credit and was approved, but have already reached my credit limit just trying to get her help. She has lost the vision in her eye, and it's inflamed and causing her pain. We've tried applying for loans, using our car as collateral and still have been turned down.
