Help Nasima Akhter with kidney transplant

Assalamu'alikum, Please Help Nasima Akhter (From Bangladesh) with a kidney transplant as both her kidneys are non functional, unfortunately she doesn't have the financial ability to pay for the costs.

She is in desperate need of dialysis and kidney transplant.
