As you may or may not know, Melbourne Australia is currently in the most of worst lockdowns the world has ever seen. Checkpoints in the city, curfews at 8pm, drones in the sky monitoring, neighbors calling the police on neighbors, and the state of Victoria being closed from the rest of country are threatening the mental health of the city.
Dr Nat Kringoudis is a Chinese Medicine Doctor and certified health practitioner that is a ray of light to all of us and to the county of Melbourne. Throughout this pandemic she and her clinic have been busy because the people of Melbourne are using her services for health and healing in these troubled times, but the evil head of jealousy and competition are threatening her, her practice, and the livelihoods of this that work for her.
Other practitioners and their hubris have written complaints to the board of acupuncture in Australia complaining that she has opened her clinic during the lockdown (legally acceptable as she has been deemed medically appropriate) and they are making false claims to the board that she is operating in an unfit manner.
This of us that know the integrity of this woman will say that this is simply not her nature nor her character. Because of these complaints the board has (without investigation) sent her a memo telling her that she needs to stop seeing patients. Keep in mind that the allegations made are simply false and without merit and they did no investigation only unilaterally taking the world of her competitors and a medical doctor that was complaining that she had promoted an herbal supplement that might help with mood.
She has had to hire multiple attorneys to fight these allegations and she can’t do it alone. We all know that currently the ruling paradigms are crushing what they deem inappropriate and are doing so without merit and threatening everything we stand for as health care professionals.
I am asking you as friends, families, patients, and practitioners to help Nat in this fight, because we have to stand up or we all certainly fall alone. Please help Nat by donating to this fund to help with her legal battles that may end up going to the Australia Supreme Court.
Any funds not used will be donated to charity or will possibly be used to help the next practitioner because we are certainly not seeing this happen for the first time. My fear is that Nat’s plight is just the beginning.
