Help Natalia to produce her unique beer

Hi there! My name is Natalia and I just designed and produced my first original beer.

I am a passionate Latin American woman who came all the way from Chile to accomplish a dream and smash stereotypes. I always wanted to produce and design my own beer. I came to Melbourne because of the amazing beer scene so I knocked on every breweries' door that you could imagine, looking for a job in anything; waitressing, cleaning toilets, mopping floors. Anything in order for them to teach me how to brew my own beer. But they would look at this little woman and wouldn't believe I could do it.

 

Everyone said "NO". Except for Casey.

 

After almost giving up, I found this hidden microbrewery Westside Ale Works, with an amazing range of experimental beers.

Casey humbly believed in me and guided me from my first batch to my last one; an original Blueberry Pisco sour. I created this beer in honour of my Chilean heritage and my Dad, who was a fan of this drink and sadly passed away while I was brewing it.

 

This beer is a unique beer, I also think it's unique in its style and it's delicious too.

 

Now, there are wholesalers willing to distribute my beer across Australia, however we need a lot of money to be able to produce at least 600 Lt of this beer.

 

I want you to help me to make this possible. To produce this beer is not only important for me but for everyone who is fighting their own battles against stereotypes. This beer is for everyone who day by day, are proving to themselves they can.

 

With your help I want to produce at least 3 different styles of beer to honour all the resilient people out there and to inspires others. I will be donating part proceeds of my profits to help communities in disadvantage.
