Help Natalie Achieve Her FFS Goals

Hello! Some of you may know me as April, or you know me as Natalie or Nat. In 2025 I've been scheduled for two FFS (facial feminization surgeries). I've been waiting for this opportunity for a very long time. However, the medical copays and out of pocket costs are pretty daunting. While I have insurance, my personal responsibility could be anywhere from $7,000 - $10,000. I'm getting by on my own single income to pay my mortgage and all my bills. My insurance is through the marketplace and I have no employer funded policy. It has been a very tough couple years with increasing home costs and inflation. Any bit helps!

My first procedure is scheduled for January 15th and includes a rhinoplasty, trachea and brow shave. The second, on June 23rd, is a jaw contouring. With the climate the way it is, I'm not taking any chances and would like to stick to the dates and getting those done ASAP. It will be a burden that I feel is necessary. I hope I can get that lightened, even partially.

Once those are complete, if the yearly out of pocket is reached, or if I'm able, I would like to take speech therapy and set up a consultation for a breast augmentation, if those can be completed within the year.

Though I anticipate the major surgeries will require the entire out of pocket cost to be reached.
