Help Nataliia's Parents Get to Fresno

On February 24, Russia invaded Ukraine, and troops entered the country, including Kharkiv, the hometown of our friend and colleague, Dr. Nataliia Kasianenko. Her parents endured 8 days and nights of shelling, with strikes from both the ground and sky. They alternated between staying in their apartment and seeking shelter in the basement, where it was dark, cold, damp, and dirty - but safer during shellings.

Fortunately, they have finally made it out of Kharkiv and are making their way west, where some family members can pick them up at the border. Once in Poland, they can travel to the United States, but due to the war, they have limited access to funds and can not travel with many personal belongings.
