Help Natanael Nater regain his sight!

Thank you for clicking on this post and taking the time to read this. I am not one to ask for money for myself. In fact, I hate it! But, the circumstances require it.
My name is Natanael Nater and my wife and I are worshippers for the Lord. We are commonly known for writing the song "Interrumpe Mi Vida". I am raising funds for 3 medical procedures that I need for both of my eyes. I have a rare medical condition called Keratoconus which causes my pupil to shoot out like a pyramid and as a result, I am constantly losing more sight. I have tried everything possible from wearing glass contacts and other options but nothing has worked. In fact, it made my condition worse as the glass contacts caused infection in both eyes. Because of this condition, I cannot wear regular contacts as the cornea doesn’t allow the contacts to stay in place and I’m not eligible for lasik surgery. It is frustrating to purchase new glasses and only be able to see well with them for about a month or two before my vision gets blurry again.
During my last visit to the eye doctor, I found out that my right eye is already at the end of its rope. They can’t increase the prescription on the lenses anymore and according to the Doctor, I must have this surgery performed in the next few months before the damage is irreparable. This procedure will stop the disease from progressing and will improve my vision greatly.
As I mentioned above, since this is a time sensitive issue, I am at the point where I must do something in the next few months and the insurance won’t cover the procedure. If I can’t get this done, the only other option would be a corneal transplant but that only leaves me a 50/50 chance that it will work. Those who know me closely know what a great struggle this is for me. There’ve been many instances where everyone can see something and I can’t. Funny story that happened today: I almost drank a cup of hamburger grease thinking it was Fruit punch, if my wife would have not noticed, I would’ve probably been sick tonight. We all laughed but it shows how unclear my vision suddenly can get!
I know that we are all going through the motions with this COVID situation, but I pray that you may find it in your heart to help me out. Today, as I turn 33 years old, instead of gifts, I ask that you make a contribution towards this cause. Any donation amount is truly appreciated and is sure to be a great blessing. Mi nombre es Natanael Nater y mi esposa ay yo somos adoradores a través de la musica. Somos comúnmente conocidos por escribir el tema: "Interrumpe Mi Vida". Estoy recaudando fondos para 3 procedimientos medicos que necesito para mis ojos. Tengo una condición medica muy rara que se llama Keratoconus la cual afecta mi pupila y cornea, y hace que se forme como una pirámide lo cual me hace perder vista continuamente. He tratado diferentes métodos como por ejemplo el uso de contactos de cristal y otras opciones pero ninguna ha funcionado, e incluso el uso de los contactos de cristal me causaron una infección en los ojos. Debido a esta condición, no puedo usar contactos regulares ya que la cornea no los permite mantenerse en su lugar. Es frustrante ir a buscar espejuelos nuevos y que en unos meses ya no pueda ver bien con esos, y mi vista vuelva a ser borrosa.
La ultima vez que visite el medico me entere que mi ojo derecho, especialmente, ya no tienen mas aumento que puedan darme y de acuerdo al doctor necesito hacerme esta cirugía en los próximos meses antes que el daño sea irreparable. Estos procedimientos detendrán el crecimiento de esta enfermedad y mejorara mi vista grandemente.
Como mencione arriba, mis ojos (especialmente el ojo derecho), esta al nivel que amerita que me hagan este procedimiento en los próximos meses y lamentablemente, el seguro médico no lo cubre. Si no puedo hacerme este procedimiento mi única opción sería un transplante de cornea y eso solo me da un 50% de probabilidad que me funcione. Aquellos que me conocen bien saben que esto es algo con lo que lucho diariamente. He tenido muchas experiencias donde todos los demás pueden ver algo, y a mi se me hace bien difícil ver lo que ellos ven. Historia graciosa que me sucedió hoy: por poco me bebo un vaso de grasa de hamburguesa pensando que era jugo de fruit punch. Si mi esposa no se da cuenta y me detiene esta noche estuviera con dolor de estómago. Todos nos reímos pero demuestra cuán de repente se torna mi vista borrosa.
Yo se que todos estamos pasando por momentos difíciles con esta situación del COVID, pero oro que pueda encontrar en su corazón apoyarme en esta situación. Hoy cumplo 33 años, en lugar de obsequios, le pido que haga una contribución para esta causa. Cualquier cantidad de donación es realmente apreciada y será una gran bendición. Gracias por su tiempo y si no puede donar sus oraciones serán más que bienvenidas! Dios le bendiga!
