update: I've managed to get all but $160. if anyone can help I'll be forever grateful

Update 2: just received a call from the insurance company. They will handle the bill but I need $250 to reactivate my insurance. It is due by July 5. Any help is appreciated.

Update 3: i used my utility bill money to reactivate my insurance so thats taken care of. i now need this money to keep my lights on. please help if you can
