Help Nathan (finally) get to Drama School

Hi, my name is Nathan Adams. I’m 26 from Stoke-on-Trent and an aspiring performer.

In April 2021 I was fortunate enough to gain a place at one of the top schools for musical theatre training in the country LSMT (London School of Musical Theatre) however I wasn’t fortunate enough to be blessed with as much financial income. I’ve had to defer twice now, the first time due to a repercussion of the pandemic and the second being financial instability. I’ve been performing for over 10 years now and it’s something that’s always allowed me to be creative, expressive and free and I truly can’t live without it and would love to continue my passion by training professionally. I found out that I gained a place at LSMT in the midst of lockdown so as i’m sure you could imagine, everyone was going through financial hardship including myself.

I work 5-6 days a week on minimum wage and I put aside as much as I can of my own money towards my savings to pay for the course as well as maintenance costs. I’ve held fundraisers in the past to help boost me toward my target and I will continue to do this in the future.

I’m starting this Gofundme page as a last attempt to be able to finally achieve my dream and turn my passion into a reality. Any form of donation would be immensely appreciated, I’ve waited so long for this opportunity and it would be devastating to not be able to progress due to financial reasoning. Having to put a hold not only once but twice now on attending is devastating but i’m confident, committed and dedicated to going and will stop at nothing to allow me to get to LSMT. 2023 will hopefully finally be my year.
