Help Nathan's Family with Medical Expenses

Hi everyone,

I am Nathan's Tia Darlene, and I am asking for prayers and financial help at this time. My nephew Nathan is from Texas and was diagnosed with a CSF (Cerebrospinal Fluid) Leak in October 2021. This condition occurs when the CSF leaks through a defect in the dura or the skull. My nephew has been experiencing severe head pain before this diagnosis and only found relief when laying flat. For the past year, Nathan has only been able to sit or stand straight up for less than 15 mins at a time before he starts feeling the pain again. Most of his days are spent laying down... not your average life for a twenty-three-year-old.

Nathan has seen many doctors in Texas and is now in California seeking more care. There have been no answers to how or why this CSF Leak happened. There have been MANY scans and imaging done to find where the leak is coming from directly, and there have also been no answers. He is currently seeing a Dr at Stanford Medical who has been studying this particular medical issue. Nathan has undergone multiple surgeries to "patch" the leak. Each procedure has cost his family over $4,000. They are traveling from Texas to California via flight and renting a car while also staying in a hotel room close to Nathan's hospital for a few weeks at a time.

I am asking my friends, family, and extended companions to help with my nephew's medical expenses. Any little bit will help and be GREATLY appreciated. We are eager to get Nathan feeling better and also want to help ease the stress from Mom and Dad so they can focus on their baby boy.
