Help Natty launch Che Fai! An Italian eatery on wheels!

Hi friends. Some of you have been wondering what I’ve been up to and now it’s time to let everyone in! I am buying a food truck! I’m opening an Italian pasta cart on wheels! Setting up at The Old Town District in Black Mountain, NC. Che Fai is going to focus on fresh pastas and sauces with daily lasagna, soup, and sandwiches. With hours into the late night, I am hoping to capture a niche that is untapped in Black Mountain.

Please help me up-fit the truck and get it ready for service. I have put a down payment on a beautiful 38’ trailer that was in service in Black Mountain until recently. I need equipment, prep tables, refrigeration, and new flooring, so every cent helps! I am hoping to launch Friday and Saturday nights as soon as possible and then full-time in the early spring.
