Help Nayoka prepare for the Olympic Games LA2028

Donation protected
I’m Nayoka Clunis, a track and field athlete specializing in the hammer throw. My goal is to represent Jamaica at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles. I qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics, but due to an administrative oversight, my name was omitted from the list, preventing me from competing. I made history as the first athlete in my event to represent Jamaica at the 2023 World Championships in Budapest, and I’m eager to lead the development of hammer throw in Jamaica.

Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, I graduated from Excelsior High School, Cloud County Community College, the University of Minnesota, and the University of Tennessee. Over the course of my academic journey, I earned an Associate of Science in Business Management, two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources and Development, and Business and Marketing Education, and a Master of Science in Agricultural Leadership Education and Communications.

For the past three years, I have been training in the United States with my Penn State University training group, under the guidance of Nathan Ott. Since joining this program, I've broken the National record, qualified for my first Olympic Games and improved my world ranking to top 35 in the world. As I continue to prepare for the next Olympic Games in LA, I am reaching out to request your support in helping me achieve my dream of becoming an Olympian. I have the determination and talent to compete with the best in the world, and I am working hard to overcome the setbacks I faced in 2023 due to unexpected injuries and 2024 where my name was omitted from the list of entries to participate in the Paris Olympic Games.
I am determined to represent my country with pride and honor and your generous donation will contribute to several essential aspects of my training and journey, including, but not limited to:
 - Medical and recovery treatments (physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, etc.)
- Living expenses (groceries, utilities, supplements, rent, etc.)
- Meet-related expenses (admission fees, transportation, and housing)
- Equipment (competitive hammers, athletic tapes, kinesiology tape, apparel, throwing shoes, training supplies like gloves,  adhesive spray)

I am incredibly grateful to God for the gift of this sport. Although it took me ten years to reach this point, I believe I am destined for greater achievements, and I am asking for your support to help me reach my goals. Please know that I deeply appreciate your kindness, and no contribution, whether in the form of a prayer or donation, is too small.
Feel free to share this with anyone who may be able to help me fulfill my Olympic dreams! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me or my agent, Lamont Dagen of Take Notice Sports. Thank you so much for your support! Warm regards, Nayoka
