Help Neal enjoy what's left of his life

Hi my name is Neal. I am 41yo and I have been battling cancer for almost 7 years. I have been terminal for about 14 months. I don't know how much longer I have left but would love some help to enjoy everyday as much as possible. Due to prior surgeries I have trouble walking even with the aid of crutches, I can also no longer work to provide for myself and my family. I can't even drive anymore. I would just love to give my wife and 3 young children great memories and provide a little more comfort for myself. Anything you could spare towards my fund would be appreciated beyond measure.
