Help needed for our boy, Smoke

Hello, we're the Barbers and we need a little help with our boy, Smoke. Smoke has been in the vet hospital now for 3 days. He has issues with his liver, he's in pain, will not eat or drink. We tried to give him water with an eyedropper and to feed him by hand, but he rejected both. He's now on IV fluids at the vet hospital. We could sure use your help. We want our baby healthy and home.
