Hi! My name is Haley, I’m 20 years old, and I’m trying to pay for my permanent dental implants.
The permanent teeth I’m raising money for will be the ones I have for the rest of my life.
My family has banded together to get everything up to this point covered which includes 10 years of braces, and years of procedures, tooth pullings, bone grafts, and in the last month, 11,000 dollars out of pocket for oral surgery and temporary implants. We are all tapped out. I’m a waitress and am studying to be a teacher, and my parents are both teachers. Insurance doesn’t cover any of it, claiming it’s just cosmetic despite the teeth being congenitally missing and crucial for my jaw structure.
I will add pictures of the bills and estimated cost of my permanent implants so you can be assured that this is a legitimate request for help.
