Help needed to live on my own again

Hello everyone, even though I've been confined to a wheelchair nearly all my life I've been able to successfully live on my own. But at the beginning of 2020 while I was living alone in an apartment I tore my rotator cuff making it nearly impossible to sit up on my own and had you occasionally call for assistance. After surviving nearly 2 years of isolation because of covid I had a number of problems stemming from extremely large kidney stones and I was in and out of the hospital many times. After the situation was corrected I was forced to sign a paper allowing them to place me in a nursing home where I have been now the past 5 months. I do not need this and I do not want this and it is a waste of money for both me and Medicare keeping me here. All I need is a new queen size adjustable bed to help me to set up and then help securing a new apartment in the area. Once I get a new apartment and this adjustable bed I will be able to function on my own again but I need help getting there as Medicare and my medical bills have taken all the money I had. So in order to accomplish this I am requesting financial assistance in the amount of $5,000. I will be totally indebted to anyone who can help me win back my freedom.
