Help needed with probate attorney legal fees

Hello. My name is Paul. This is a picture of my mother, Judy. The first picture was taken a few years ago when she stayed in physical therapy rehab. TThe second picture was taken very recently, and you can see the obvious difference in what dementia has done to her.

Today, she is past the 98 year old mark, and has advancing dementia. She is currently under the care of Agape Hospice for dementia care. At this point, her dementia has gotten so bad that she needs more care than I am able to provide her as her sole caregiver, and the best decision for her well being is to place her in a memory care facility.

Unfortunately, my mother did not assign anyone to have a power of attorney over her in the event that she became unable to make her own decisions. That has left me with no options on the table except to consult and hire an elder law attorney. They are expensive with one telling me that it would be $3,500 to provide full representation and to ensure that all of the paperwork was filed with the probate court, and to further ensure that follow up filings and such with the court were completed.

I don't know about you, but I don't have $3,500 laying around, so here I am, hoping that folks who read this will help donate money to provide the necessary legal services and representation so that I can get my mother moved to a facility where she can be safe and well cared for. Hopefully someone reading this knows an attorney who can provide these services pro bono or at a reduced rate, at least with the promise to pay through a monthly payment arrangement.
