Help Family of 4 after Texas storm Fort Worth

Thank in advance to anyone reading this and willing to help. This is a humbling experience  to say the least.. Seeking help after Texas storm with no water for several days and rolling blackouts cause us to deplenish our funds for foods, resources. My children (18 months & 16 years old)  and I stay in an apartment complex and I was unable to work (but once) due to conditions and not being needed at work. I just need help to get back on my feet with groceries & bills.  Thank you in advance for your help.
