Help Nene get the help he needs!!

Hello everyone , my name is Emily and this is my dog Nene. I’ve had him since 2012 and I’m so happy that he is a part of my family. Recently we have noticed that Nene has had troubles breathing and gets a really bad cough when he is overstimulated. We took him to the vet recently and alone the bill for some shots and a screening was $800. We were informed he has an enlarged heart and if he continues any longer without proper medication and a complete ultrasound diagnosis , he could pass away. Nene is a family member and I love him dearly however with only a part-time job and tuition that I’m currently covering for college it is really hard to cover all of his medical expenses. He is the sweetest most patient dog I’ve ever met and love him very much. Anything helps , thank you so much for reading.
