Please help with Newman's jaw surgery

A few months ago Brianne noticed a small lump on her cat Newman’s jaw. She took him to the vet a few times to have the size of it monitored, and when it continued to grow, she brought him in to do a surgical biopsy and CT scan on it. The results showed that he has a benign bone tumor that will continue to grow and if not removed will make it so he can no longer eat.

Newman will be getting a mass excision from his right mandible to remove the tumor on June 12th at Veterinary Specialties Referral Center in Pattersonville with Dr. Glennon. The surgery is estimated to be between $3,800 and $4,200 and his initial biopsy was $2,000.

Newman was adopted by Brianne from Whiskers in 2021. Brianne has a heart of gold and volunteers at Whiskers where she is best known for fostering and adopting cats with severe allergies.
