Help Newman Walk Again: He Needs Hip Surgery

Sweet Newman needs surgery on both hips to reduce his pain and allow him to walk. Newman is a handsome 8-year-old lab mix who has terrible dysplasia in both hips and needs surgery to ease his pain. Newman was found after he crawled under a house, afraid of the fireworks on July 4th. His whimpering alerted the homeowner that a dog was under their porch. He had been homeless for a while.

We suspect that his previous owners abandoned him because they couldn't afford his surgery. The surgery on both hips will cost $1800.
