Help Nik survive Coronavirus & make a new album!

Hello everyone,

My name is Nik, and I am a violinist and busker who lives here in the beautiful city of Bath and I need your help.

I’ve been a street performer 4 years, and in that time I’ve become earned the slightly bizarre reputation of Bath’s Vampire violinist!

You can usually find me 5 days a week playing by Bath abbey or on the High Street, with people dancing around me and clapping along to a mixture of Eastern European folk songs, Klezmer, Irish jigs and reels and my own takes on pop songs and movie themes.

This town and the thousands of tourists that visit us every day have been really generous to me and I’ve built my life around street performing - and as a musician it’s given me the most incredible opportunities to perform at famous UK venues, and even Glastonbury festival - twice!

But coronavirus has changed everything.

I no longer have a way to make money.

The streets are empty, all my gigs are cancelled, and I honestly don’t know how I’m going to pay my rent or buy food.

I’m scared of losing everything, particularly the life I’ve worked so hard to build here - and that’s where you come in.

I’m asking for your donations to help me keep food on my table and roof over my head, and in return I will give you my art.

...and for a little while I’ve wanted to make a second album to sell on the streets. So seeing as I’ll have a lot of time on my hands, now is the perfect time to get started!
