Help Nikhil and His Mom Overcome Health Battles
Donation protected
What started as a small bump on my chest has turned into something life changing. Since my diagnosis, I have had former teammates, coaches, supporters, and even strangers reach out to me. Knowing that I have so many people in my corner while I fight this has been amazing and keeps me going.
For those who don’t know, for the past few years, my mom has been dealing with kidney issues. Hearing her say that she's going to push back her surgery and kidney transplant to take care of me while I go through chemotherapy genuinely hurt my heart. She's the real MVP in my story. Getting diagnosed with cancer still doesn’t seem real to me, and knowing that my battle is forcing her to put her own health on hold makes this even harder to face. My mom has always been the strongest person I know, constantly putting others before herself, and now she's doing it again—this time for me.
As much as I'd love to be able to handle this journey alone, I’ve come to realize that it takes more than just strength to overcome a challenge like this. It takes a village. Between medical expenses, treatments, and the financial strain of my mom delaying her transplant, the weight of it all is overwhelming.
Your support, no matter how big or small, can help alleviate some of the burden on both of us so that we can focus on healing. Every donation, prayer, or kind word means the world to us.
In these tough moments, I've realized how important it is to have a community around myself and my family. Hearing from others who have faced similar battles gives me hope and lets me know that I am not alone.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for being part of this village we so desperately need right now. Your support is truly what is keeping me going.
Thank you,
