Help Nikki Recover From Car Accident

Hi, my name is Madelaine. My best friend Nikki and I were in a car accident on January 8th. I was lucky enough to get out with minor scratches and bruises. Nikki on the other hand suffered broken bones in her neck/back which required surgery. The surgery lasted 12 hours and she has to stay at the hospital for an unknown number of days. Luckily nobody else was involved in the car accident, but Nikki's car is totaled. Nikki is one of the most responsible people I know. She works at a daycare with young children and pays her own bills at 22 years of age. Any help is greatly appreciated to help Nikki cover any medical expenses she might have as well as help her replace her car so she can get back to a normal life and continue working with the young children she cares for.
