Help Nikole Kelly Heal and Support Her Family

Hello my name is Nikole Kelly. I'm 35 years old and am married and have 5 kids. I was in a bad car accident yesterday and broke my wrist. My husband is on disability and I'm a waitress. I work at Brian's family restaurant in lapeer. I am the bread winner of the family and take care of most all of our expenses. Im waiting to go to the ortho dr. The nurse at the hospital thinks I'm going to need surgery. I'm really stressing out and have no idea how I'm going to pay my bills. Anything would help at this point and would be so appreciated!
