Help Nina and Her Family Rebuild and Recover

Hi there - Calling out to all the kind and caring human beings who can make a difference! A dear friend and NYC native, Nina Calabro, has gone thru some profound challenges lately, including a life-altering accident that required many doctors visits and continuing physical therapy, which then led to the discovery of Cancer, requiring surgery and an incredibly difficult series of chemo.

She has the sweetest spirit full of pep and light, was born to create art and work with kids (that's even how we met and got to know her kind heart), is a loving Mama to two boys (11 year old Mateo and 8 year old Antonio) and devoted wife to her husband Nick (married 10 years, together for almost two decades!), and would love to heal fully and return to the things she loves to do like hosting birthday parties and events, decorating cakes professionally, teaching art classes, and uplifting everyone she meets.

During this time, Nina has not been able to work, and her husband also lost his job in September 2019 and has not been able to return to full capacity due to some challenges he is also facing.

She has fallen behind on bills, several mortgage payments for their dream home they only recently moved into, and this amount could really help get them back on their feet.
