Help Nirivana (Nob) Allen's road to recovery! Both of Nob’s legs were amputated after he was hit by a car Sunday night, March 28th in a hit/run in Antioch, California. He was standing at the back of his car when another car rear-ended it resulting in both of his legs below his knees being amputated. Nob has four children. Two of his children, as well as a nephew, were in the car at the time of the accident. The children are physically uninjured.
Immediately following the accident, Nob was airlifted to a local hospital where he had emergency surgery to stabilize him after he suffered significant blood loss. He was put on a breathing machine and had his second surgery Wednesday, March 31st which was a success. He’s back in the ICU and, hopefully, they’ll be able to remove the breathing tube tomorrow.
At this point, we do not yet have a sense of the lasting physical and emotional toll this will have on Nob and his family. Please consider contributing whatever you can and share this page with your family and friends.
Eulanna Allen will receive the funds we raise and give them to Nob and his family.
Sending love to the entire Allen family!
We will update this page as we know more. Thank you all for your support!
