Help NOLA restaurant workers get justice!

Donation protected
Hey y'all!

Writing this on behalf of my dear friend, Brandon.

Those lucky enough to know Brandon could tell you he is the light of any room! He recently went through hell with a former employer. After a year of mistreatment and wage theft, he was fired during a life-saving hospitalization--without severance, notice, or reason. This left him without funds for recovery...

Now, he and 5 other former employees of a New Orleans restaurant are looking to move forward with a lawsuit against their former employer. Their former employer/owners of a restaurant exploited their workers--and have been doing so for over 15 years.

Workers have had wages stolen, denied FMLA, denied unemployment, and have faced harassment. As a result, many workers had to work while sick. One worker ended up houseless as a result of the owners' egregious actions.

These workers have organized and already spoken to a lawyer. They are relying on community support to move forward with this case!

Any donations will go to cover the initial fees of their lawyer ($1700). Any funds after that will be divided among these service industry workers exploited by the greedy owners.

Please help them hold these former employers accountable for the mistreatment of these workers!
