Help Nonna Now
Donation protected
On September 11, 2017 our lives changed dramatically. Dylan's beloved Nonna entered the hospital only to find out 10 days later that she is fighting metastatic pancreatic cancer.
Misdiagnosed and or not diagnosed soon enough. We spent several weeks in the hospital hoping and praying for a miracle. Nonna needed to regain some strength before we could even discuss treatment options. Within these weeks; we found ourselves from the hospital, to a rehab center and back to the hospital. Battling the cancer but also battling CDIF infection, diabetes, blood clots and more...all of which have taken a tremendous toll on Nonna.
We recently made the painful decision to return to her home under hospice care. We still have hope, but the suffering is real and painful for all of us. My sister and I have been out of work, Dylan and cousins have been bounced around with the help of family and friends. Our lives will never be the same.
With this, also comes the tremendous strain of finances. We ( my sister and I ) find ourselves having to keep up with Nonna's mortgage, bills, medical necessities, etc; all while also maintaining our own homes.
You all know Dylan and you all have been extremely generous and supportive in the past.
Dylan is now asking for your help. He is asking you to help his beloved and cherished Nonna who has been a driving force in his life. This has affected him greatly.
We love her so much and we would do anything for her... whatever time we have left we want to spend it together and not worry about piling expenses or losing her home. Up until this time; Nonna was independent. Working full time, taking care of Dylan and more. This all came unexpectedly.
Please pray for Nonna, Dylan and family. These days are extremely difficult for all of us.
Cherish your days with family and friends as it only takes one to change the rest of your life...
Peace and Love to all
