Help North with Moving Expenses

Hello ! My name is North / Iris Rainbow I am a disabled trauma survivor, artist & healer. I am in need of financial support right now as I have to move out of my house of 3 years.

I found out earlier this summer that my landlord was selling the house & I have not been able to find steady work, so I've decided to go stay with family while I figure things out.

I am overwhelmed with the move & I would appreciate any support at this time.

Your donations will help me with moving & living expenses including gas, food, vet bills & car repairs.

Due to my disabilities I have been limited in my work. I experienced bullying at my last 3 jobs, due to my disabilities. I also had difficulty with physical aspects of the jobs related to previous injuries.

I started going back to school in 2018 & in 2022 I graduated from WCCCD (community college) earning my Associate's degree with honors.

Last year I attended Wayne State, but it was an extremely stressful experience for me, being disabled I found it difficult to access the resources that I needed to succeed.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with C-PTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder), I am also autistic & I also have ADHD, all of which affect my ability to find & maintain employment.

I have been steadily working on growing my business over the last few years, but it has been a difficult due to limited resources & capacity, while trying to juggle work & school.

I'm an intelligent creative & talented person. I am a gifted intuitive healer & a certified Reiki master. I have been reading tarot for almost 20 years & astrology for nearly 10 years.

I have not had a lot of social or professional opportunities to be able to grow my business & I've been dealing with many ongoing obstacles & limitations in different areas of my life, which have affected my mental health & quality of life.

For many years I was a community organizer, that was something I did for free because I believe in art & music & community. I have never cared about money or materialism.

I am dedicated to my spiritual mission & my goal is to help other trauma survivors find healing.

I need help covering moving expenses during this transitional time. I am currently in the process of packing up my life in Detroit to go stay with family until I figure out what is next.

Honestly, I could not do it without you. Life has been difficult & I have faced many challenges, but I am determined to keep going.

I am also very blessed to have a family who loves me & a wide support network of people who love me & care about me.
