Help Nosh Posh Continue to Offer Healthy Options

Hi my name is Tatiana Freeman, and I am the CEO and founder of Nosh Posh. At Nosh Posh, we're on a mission to reimagine healthy convenience. I started Nosh Posh almost three years ago, after noticing how difficult it was to access healthy prepared meals and snacks. I made the commitment to source all of our products from BIPOC and women-owned businesses, in an effort to aggregate and amplify diverse snacks from diverse founders and remove barriers.

I made the decision to quit my full-time job just 8 months ago, to focus on scaling my business full-time. After years of working 2-3 jobs to fund my business, and care for my daughter I was exhausted. It's been a wild and crazy ride. I've placed 7 vending machines over the past 3 years, been a semi-finalist in the MN Cup, participated in Lunar Startups Cohort 5 accelerator, and graduated from Goldman Sachs OMBW program this past December.

I've sourced products from founders with amazing stories, mothers unsatisfied with voids in the marketplace for their children, those who've survived health scares and loss, and dreamers who took charge of their lives with the hope of bringing joy to the world with their products.

Our third anniversary is on March 15, 2024 and as triumphant as that feels, I've been struggling to keep things afloat for myself, my daughter and Nosh Posh for months. Scaling a business takes grit, persistence, and strategy. I've persisted despite the odds. I've grinded when my body needed rest. Now I'm slowing down, and defining my path to profitability so 2024 is Nosh Posh's biggest and best year ever!

My ultimate goal has and will continue to be to bring the Nosh Posh model to food deserts. There are communities all over the nation, who struggle to put nourishing food on the time. I believe the healthy choice and the convenience choice should be one and the same and never come at the expense of health, regardless of your zip code.
