Help Nuvana Rebuild After Devastating Fire

The morning of Thursday, February 6th, our dear coworker and friend, Nuvana Ivory, experienced a life-altering tragedy—a fire in her apartment that has destroyed nearly 90% of her belongings. This disaster has left her without the essentials of daily life and facing the daunting task of rebuilding from nearly nothing.

Nuvana is a special person to many of us. As a resident of Jamaica Plain for over 13 years, she has touched the hearts of so many local JP and Boston residents. We are asking for help during this time as we want to repay Nunu for her resilience, passion, and courage during this heart-wrenching time.

Nuvana is known for her kindness, dedication, and the positive energy she brings to our workplace and community. Now, she needs our help more than ever. Nunu’s beloved dog, Diamond, was home when the fire took place. Although physically unharmed, her dog is traumatized and may need help in the future. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward: Housing, clothes, food, furniture, items for her dog, and other expenses that may arise.
