Hi! I’m Nyiemä Iman. Thank you for taking the time to read my fundraiser. I’m a black trans woman from Chicago IL & I’ve been trying to get gender confirmation surgery such as FFS (facial feminization) & breast augmentation for years now but I’ve always ran into roadblocks & still am. I am hoping that with the support of community I can finally realize this dream of feeling at home in my body. Navigating life while trans is hard and has been hard.
