Help Nytara and her family defeat cancer

Hello, my name is Kenya, and I am fundraising for my best friend (sistren), Nytara, who has recently been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

 

Immediately following her diagnosis, Nytara underwent major surgery to have a large tumor removed from her spine. The immediate recognition and removal of the tumor prevented the possibility of permanent paralysis. Nytara is now undergoing rehabilitation treatment to regain feeling in her legs and ultimately walk independently. Additionally, Nytara will begin radiation and chemotherapy treatments upon her release from the hospital.

 

Nytara is a dedicated, hard-working mother of three teens - the oldest a set of fraternal twins and the youngest a singleton. She's selfless, positive, confident, and skilled. Her treatments and diagnosis will impact her day-to-day since she will have to rely primarily on assistance from her parents and children.

 

Additionally, her recovery will be costly. Along with medical costs, Nytara will need to maintain her home and utility costs, transportation, groceries, and other personal expenses. Her parents will cover most of the fees but need assistance with the shortfall. We ask for your help raising $7500 to support Nytara and her family during her recovery.
