Help Obie & Carol; Lost Everything in the Palisades Fire

My name is Shelly Ehrke and I'm a teacher in Santa Monica starting this fundraiser on behalf of John (Obie) & Carol Obusek, with their permission. Obie & Carol lost their home and everything but the clothes on their backs in the Palisades Fire. Obie was a beloved part of our Lincoln Middle School community, serving as a history & woodshop teacher for 50 years before his retirement in 2020, giving so much of himself for our students & staff.
