Help Odds Cafe Baristas After Hurricane Helene

Hurricane Helene has brought destruction, fear, and grief to the Asheville NC Community - including Odd's Cafe and its Baristas.

My name is Audrie and I own Odds Cafe. I'm filing DUA for my baristas and doing what I can. But unemployment checks take time and many phone calls. I'm here asking for a little help in supporting my team.

Baristas are the ones who make our day, who pour our coffees, listen to our woes, and in general are there for us each day. They're the ones who are struggling to get FEMA to recognize their identities and therefore not approving aid. They're the ones who are out of a job and often without local family to help them. They're the ones who don't have insurance to file claims with.

So I'm here to ask you to help them if you can. To give a little, to support them while they wait for additional assistance - while we all wait for Odd's Cafe to be able to reopen - which won't be for many weeks.
