Help offset medical expenses for Kit

Hi, my name is Germaine and I am a lifelong friend of Jessie Blankenship. Her mom, Kit, has been a second mom to me and was in a car accident on July 8th in Todd, NC. She was transported to a facility Winston-Salem, an hour and a half away, that is better equipped to treat her injuries. She had emergency surgery to relieve pressure in her leg and sustained several injuries (Subdural brain bleed,Fractured spine @ T11, Fractured sternum, Foreign body left eye, Right Tib Fib Break). It will be a long road to recovery and we can help by lessening the burden of medical expenses.
