Help Older Brother Go To Special Needs School
Donation protected
My 9-year-old son, Raphael, wrote a book to help raise money for his older brother who is still in foster care. They were placed in foster care after a tragic accident. Raphael’s baby brother climbed on a stove and suffocated after it fell on him. Raphael witnessed this tragedy and to this day struggles to process it.
Raphael and his surviving siblings were subsequently placed in foster care. My husband and I adopted Raphael and his little sister a few years ago. Raphael’s older brother is still in foster care and is in desperate need to go to a school for children with special needs. Raphael wrote a book to raise money to help his older brother go to this special needs school before he ages out and ends up another tragic statistic.
The book is an adorable story about a young boy who loves dinosaurs and knows a lot about them. The fossils he carries in his pocket, hit by electromagnetic radiation, transform him into Kid Dino. Now with superhuman strength, he battles a monster determined to steal his mom’s vibrational energy (her mental health) and turn her into Momzilla.
This picture book for children uses dinosaurs to increase awareness of people with special needs and mental health issues.
Please support my son’s efforts by either buying the book at www.raphaelapollo.com or making a donation. The goal is $250,000 which will pay for his older brother to attend this special needs school until he graduates high school.
