Help Oliver and Danny to Recovery

Family, Friends, and those looking to support this family in pain. We are asking for your prayers, postive thoughts, and if you're in a postition to do so, your monetary donations. This has been an absolute nightmare for us. You never think this will happen to you or a loved one. Such a senseless act to family with no quarrel with anyone, about to enjoy their dinner was meet with bullets tearing through their family home. During this unfortunate event, my brother-in-law, Danny, and his son (my newphew), Oliver, were shot by a drive by shooter on the night of Wednesday, January 19th. Evil is real. Oliver, who's only 3 years old, is still in the hospital for the forseeable future, unable to walk as a bullet shattered his hipbone. This is a kid with full of life, who enjoys running around the house, going for walks, and drawing. Which just break our hearts that he currently won't be able to do so any time soon, if at all. Danny, who just turned 22 just days before, is in critical condition as the bullet went through his head, damaging his skull and brain. Danny just earned a job promotion, was planning to go back to school, and was looking to spend more time with his son, as Oliver just moved back in with him.

We are not sure what the final medical cost will be, and knowing that both their recoveries won't be a short amount of time, we feel that this will be costly. We will more than likely be adjusting our goal as more information is made available to us, which we'll share as much as we can with you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts just for reading the short story regarding Danny and Oliver, and we hope that we can make their lives a little easier, and maybe back to normal one day.
