Help Olivia Get To Her Dream College

I just got accepted into Howard University! I was raised in a super small town in southwest Virginia with just my mom for most of my life. Growing up, I had no black family members in my household, up until around 7 years ago when my mom met my stepdad. While applying at HBCU's had been talked about, we really didn't think about it seriously until the BLM movement took full force in the summer of 2020. I was experiencing something that I'd never had to because of where I was from and who I was raised with. This year I only applied at HBCU's and I was luckily admitted into Howard!! I'm so excited to live in the city and be around other black people to finally immerse myself in a side if my culture that I've never been able to indulge in. Howard is a prestigious school, so the price is definitely up there! I'm asking for $21,000, as that is the amount that I have left over to pay for my first year, but anything helps! I appreciate anyone willing to help me, no matter how small the price may be! Thank you so much!!
