Help Olly Eat.
Donation protected
This is Olly, he is 4 years old and for the past 2 years he has been admitted to hospital every 2 weeks to have a dilatation procedure done to reopen his throat.
In a tragic accident Olly drank a corrosive substance and it burned his mouth, stomach and esophagus. Leaving him unable to eat, he is NG tube fed, constantly loosing weight and extremely frustrated and upset at not "being like the other babies". On the 3rd of July he will head to London to his his esophagus replaced with his stomach. In an 11 hour surgery which has its risks. He will be away from his family, younger brother and sister and all his friends for at least 6 weeks.
While the NHS covers a lot of the cost they do not cover everything. To ensure his mum has as little stress as possible I have set up a go fund me to make things a bit easier for Olly his mummy and his siblings Sadie and Denni.
Any funds left over will be donated straight to the Knox ward in the royal hospital for sick children, Belfast.
