Help support the Kane family through Avery's r rehabilitatio
Donation protected
Avery Kane, a dedicated Hawaiian civil servant that has worked for the City and County of Honolulu for over 14 years. Working as a wastewater treatment plant operator, mechanic, and machinist while only having partial use of his legs was very challenging. But Avery never let that slow him down, he continued to work tirelessly, fixing industrial equipment and providing for his family.
Recently, Avery faced a devastating blow when an infection took away the use of his legs completely. To make matters more challenging, his beloved wife Norma, is bravely battling cancer. This Hawaiian has always lived aloha by putting others before himself no matter the situation. It is time to show him that the aloha spirit is still alive and well. Avery and Norma desperately need our support.
Avery has been in the hospital fighting this infection for months and trying to regain some use of his legs. The bills are piling up, he has exhausted all of his leave and without Avery’s income, it is not just a struggle to make ends meet, it is impossible. We are reaching out to the community to help this incredible couple during their time of need. Your generous donation will go towards medical bills, living expenses, and ensuring that Avery and Norma can focus on their health and recovery without the added stress of financial hardship. Any amount, big or small, will make a significant difference.
Please feel free to share this far and wide because even if you are unable to make a financial donation you can still make a difference by sharing this post. Mahalo nui for your kindness and support.
