Help ons naar het WK Baseball 4 the Blind (B4B) in Londen.

Hallo allemaal,

Ik ben Onno Adriaans en ik ben hoofdcoach van de Moorfielders in Ede. Dit team bestaat uit zeven enthousiaste spelers die graag mee willen doen aan het WK Baseball voor mensen met een visuele beperking. B4B is de enige teamsport voor mensen met een visuele beperking die alle onderdelen van het normale honkbal zelf moeten doen (slaan, sprinten, balverwerking en gooien). Op dit moment zijn er maar twee teams in Nederland die deze sport faciliteren, waardoor er nog geen financiële basis is om onze sport te promoten, de spelers te voorzien van kleding en accommodatie, of om de reiskosten voor dit evenement te dekken.

Het WK (WBSC Blind Baseball International Cup) wordt in Londen gehouden van 27 t/m 29 september 2024. Het zou mooi zijn om het een en ander te kunnen betalen met deze werving. Ook zal het een boost geven aan het moraal van het team. Help jij ons naar het WK in Londen?

Help us get to the Baseball 4 the Blind (B4B) World Cup in London.

Hello everyone,

I am Onno Adriaans, and I am the head coach of the Moorfielders in Ede. This team consists of seven enthusiastic players who would like to participate in this wonderful event for people with a visual impairment. B4B is the only team sport for people with a visual impairment which requires them to perform all aspects of regular baseball themselves (hitting, sprinting, fielding, and throwing). At the moment, there are only two teams in the Netherlands which facilitate this sport, this means there is no financial basis yet to promote our sport, or to provide the players with clothing and accommodation, or to cover the travel expenses for this event.

The (WBSC) Blind Baseball International Cup will be held in London from 27 to 29 September 2024. It would be great to cover some of the costs with this fundraising. Moreover, it will boost the morale of the team. Will you help us get to the World Cup in London?
